Hello and welcome to My Fitness Galore. I am based out of the East Coast. Maryland specifically. I started this business to provide elements to health and wellness in various realms of fitness. I want to make the world a healthier place and especially people in the needed communities. I believe if you can attain health in the physical space, it will translate to all the other spaces that are important for us to be balanced as humans. I’ve been on this journey since I found myself on a hospital bed due to emergency surgery and knew I had to make a change.
